Foulridge
This is the view eastwards at the site of Foulridge (closed 1959) on the former MR line from Colne to Skipton in May 2009. The location of the former station building (dismantled at re-erected at Ingrow West on the K&WVR) has been replaced by a smart new house on the right. The tracks ran along the grassy area to the left and continued in use until the line was closed in 1970. The road approaching from the right is Station Road and there was a small goods yard behind the camera, now occupied by housing.
