Walsden [1st]
The original Walsden station, closed in 1961, occupied the area in this picture right up to the portal of Winterbutlee Tunnel. The replacement 57103, behind the camera, opened in 1990. A pair of 158s pull away from the station on a Leeds to Wigan service on 19th October 2022.
