Surviving British Railways Scottish Region running-in board at the former Melrose station, on the as yet un-restored section of the former Waverley Route that was senselessly closed on 6th January 1969 despite widespread protests. Seen here slumbering quietly in the afternoon sunshine of Sunday, 15th May 2016.
