Loo Bridge

Kenmare Branch. Loo Bridge station, looking in the direction of Headford Junction on the Mallow to Killarney line. The station building survives on the single platform although much altered with a large private house being added. An old lower quadrant semaphore provides a link to the station's past use. The branch from Headford Junction to Kenmare opened on 4 September 1893 and closed on 1 February 1960.
