Loo Bridge

Kenmare Branch. Loo Bridge station looking in the direction of Kenmare. The platform survives as does the single storey original station building along the platform with the addition of a large house since closure. The trackbed is now a farm access road serving several properties. The branch from Headford Junction on the Mallow to Killarney line opened on 4 September 1893 and closed on 1 February 1960.
