Eastleigh Shed
A grubby Lord Nelson 4-6-0 No.30856 'Lord St. Vincent' is somewhat upstaged in Eastleigh MPD on 2 September 1962 by the ex-works locos Q class 0-6-0 30530 (with BR chimney) and GWR Pannier Tank No 4698. Despite being well coaled, it is recorded as being withdrawn by the end of the month.
