Stansfield Hall
A Sprinter heading from Blackburn to Rainford via Manchester Victoria passes through the site of Stansfield Hall station, of which no trace remains, as it crosses over to take the curve into Todmorden from Stansfield Hall Junction. The station closed temporarily in 1944, but in 1949 the decision was taken that services would not be reinstated.
