Gatehead
Following discovery of a void alongside the track of the Kilmanock to Barassie line the railway was closed for investigations. While the line was closed, engineers also brought forward planned work on a bridge immediately west of the site, reducing the need for ongoing maintenance in the future. See image 81812.
