View towards Edinburgh Waverley from the footbridge at Slateford at 12.37 on Saturday, 18th June 2022. The line diverging to the right leads onto the Edinburgh South Suburban Line that has been without a passenger service for sixty years now and attempts to have this reopened have all fallen on deaf ears.
