Bamber Bridge Hospital Crossing
A4 pacific 4498 'Sir Nigel Gresley' approaches Hospital Inn LC on 21 May 2022 working from Crewe to Carlisle via the S&C with a private charter for members of the A4 Society. This is the first passenger working on the main line of the loco following an extensive overhaul. For the moment Sir Nigel is running in wartime black livery.
