66751 'Inspiration Delivered Hitachi Rail Europe' looks rather clean for a weedkilling train loco. Perhaps it had just arrived at King's Norton, and the class 20s I had previously seen in these sidings were hauling Vintage Trains services from Tyseley to Stratford-on-Avon. Just a wild guess, of course.
