Flåm
Two modern E18 locos sit at the end of the island platform at Flåm on a wet afternoon in May 2022. Each had a ten coach train behind it and then a classmate on the rear. The line climbs from sea level to just over 2,800' at Myrdal in a little under 12 miles and is entirely adhesion worked. The steepest section of track is 1:18.
