Kelton Fell Quarry

Just below the Kelton Fell terminus the old railway passes through the village of Kirkland. On the western side there are two old bridge abutments and it might appear that these were connected by a viaduct but old maps reveal there were two underbridges and a now demolished embankment. This view looks east towards Kelton Fell in January 2022, 96 years after the last train on this goods line.
