Carnforth
390001 'Bee Together' (formerly 'Virgin Pioneer') hurries past the loops at Carnforth with a Glasgow to Euston service on 2nd March 2022. In July 2022 it will be 20 years since the introduction of Pendolinos, which were first used on special services for the Manchester Commonwealth Games. Since then each unit has covered several million miles and they will no doubt be carrying spectators to the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham on that anniversary.
