Didcot Parkway
Gresley's A3 in Didcot Parkway on 5th March 2022. As it did not get converted from an A1 until 1948, it is perhaps more of a BR A3 and I doubt there are many if any original LNER bits in or on it but it was still it was a pleasure to watch. It arrived at 0825 and left for Oxford and Worcester at 0837, with a very noticeable rasping Gresley three cylinder beat as it departed north.
