Barking Riverside
The new London Overground station at Barking Riverside, due to open in 2022, seen here under construction on 24th June 2021. A brief idea for the line to continue across the Thames to Abbey Wood via Thamesmead (the latter has never had a station) seems to have been scuppered by the fact that this station has been quite clearly designed as a dead-end terminus.
