Innellan Pier

PS Juno II is seen off Innellan Pier on 16 August 1939. The steamer was built at the yard of Fairfield Shipbuilding & Engineering for the CSPC and launched on 25 May 1937. Requisitioned by the Admiralty for mine sweeping, the steamer became HMS Helvellyn. Unfortunately she was lost after being bombed and sunk in the River Thames in April 1941.
