Bathgate Yard
The substantial yard at Bathgate was still busy with coal traffic in 1965, with four ex-NB J36 0-6-0 locomotives amongst those seen in action on the day of this January visit. 65297 was pictured ready to leave the yard with a rake of empties for one of the local collieries
