Balshaw Lane Junction
On the last day of the GB Railfreight charity charter 'This Time Its Personal', 50049, 50044 and 50007 bring the Preston to Bescot leg of the tour south at Balshaw Lane Junction. Double headed Class 50s were quite common on the WCML in the early 70s but this was the first time I had seen three, all appearing to be working.
