Swinton [L and Y]
158758, on a Leeds to Wigan (via the Calder Valley) service, calls at Swinton on 19th July 2021. The L&YR island platform canopy here is still in very good order. This is one of the few areas on the line now where the trackbed of the old goods lines, keeping coal traffic clear of L&YR expresses to Liverpool, is still clearly visible.
