Hayes Knoll
The S&CR are slowly but surely extending the railway north towards Cricklade. A demolished bridge is in the way so that will be the next terminus for now. Most if not all of the material comes from the dismantled coal fired power station at Didcot. All the internal rail system was declared to be scrap and free to a good home. Apart from the cost of transportation, the S&CR managed to acquire a tidy amount, for the extension and future use.
