Bay Horse
I'm thinking that the risk assessment for operating the excavator, high above the reprofiled WCML cutting at Forton near Bay Horse, is more than a single sheet of A4. 390153, heading south, gets underway again having been halted at the signal at the far end of the cutting for some reason on 9th July 2021.
