Gogar
An Edinburgh to Helensburgh service is still accelerating from the Edinburgh Park stop as it passes the site of Gogar station, once serving the many houses and farms called Gogar something-or-other, but nowhere substantial. The charming view of the scrapyard on one side of the line is enhanced by the aroma of the chicken houses on the other.
