Alloa Bridge
The Scottish Rambler No 5 railtour of 11th April 1966, with J38 65914 at the head, is about to cross the Forth on the Alloa swing bridge. The plume of steam that can just be made out in the distance belonged to another J38 that was on the Admiralty branch, beside Throsk signal box, waiting to rejoin the main line once the special had passed.
