Usan Signal Box
A 1998 view of the signal box at Usan (pronounced as in ‘Susan’) at the south end of the single track section to Montrose. It was to survive a further 11 or 12 years until MAS was installed and Montrose North box took over responsibility. Montrose South box closed at the same time.
