LMS design Brake 3rd corridor coach no.27043, built at Derby in 1951, is seen in the sidings at Boat of Garten in April 1977. After withdrawal from BR it was bought by WEC Watkinson and restored in LMS livery along with an ex LMS 3rd open coach, a 6 wheel passenger brake van and a District Engineers saloon.
