Romford

321303, in the single bay platform at Romford, awaiting departure for Upminster on 24th October 2019. This was previously a separate station, opened by the London, Tilbury & Southend Railway in 1893, to the Eastern Counties (later GER) station that is on the opposite side of the road bridge but the two are now linked by a footbridge and treated as one station. Conversion of this line into a guided busway in the 1970s happily never occurred and it is now an isolated section of the London Overground.
