Glasgow Queen Street High Level

Standard 4MT 80027 banking a relief express for Newcastle out of Glasgow Queen Street on 27th September 1963. Eastfield’s N15 0-6-2Ts, having given many years of faithful service as bankers on the Cowlairs incline, had by that date been replaced by Standard 2-6-4 tanks. The train engine on this occasion was B1 61397.
