Achnasheen station, during a stop by the LCGB weekend ^Skyewayman^ railtour from Euston to Kyle of Lochalsh (that travelled overnight from London to Inverness), in April 1974. The 19th of August 2020 is the 150th anniversary of the line^s opening from Dingwall to Stromeferry. The extension to Kyle of Lochalsh did not open until many years later in 1897.
