Pickering

Just west of the junction with both the Malton line, and the Forge Valley line from Scarborough, lies the final structure on the line from Gilling East. This is Goslip Bridge - HMY36 - a humped road overbridge on Goslipgate, at the west side of Pickering. The land east is private with only a narrow fenced path alongside the trackbed, seen to the left of the caravan, whereas heading west there is a public right of way; running for a fair distance along the full width of the trackbed that is still intact through to Westgate Carr crossing. View looking east.
