Seaton [Tram]
I am reliably informed that before World War 2, some cars only had brakes on two wheels. Those which had brakes on four wheels carried warning signs to tell following drivers they might stop rather suddenly. This sign on the end of a tram at Seaton is a humorous riff on this ancient tale.
