Dublin Heuston

A view over Dublin Heuston station roof, with the fine original terminal building visible in the centre left of the picture. Heuston opened as Kingsbridge station in 1846 but was renamed in 1966 after Sean Heuston, one of those executed by the British after the Easter 1916 Uprising. View from the judges' balcony on 22nd May 2019 during a visit to the Criminal Courts of Justice by kind permission of one of the Court of Appeal Justices.
