Southgate

The platform for Piccadilly Line trains to Heathrow and Uxbridge at Southgate station, north London, opened in 1933, looking north, on 16th November 2012. This is the only deep-level 'tube' station on the London Underground where it is possible to see light at the end of the tunnel but only from this platform, not that to Cockfosters which is on a slight curve.
