Bowling Green Street Level Crossing
Tarmac marks the spot where the rails crossed the otherwise cobbled West Bowling Green Street and into Bonnington Goods Station, just behind the (later) gates, and on to the North Leith branch just beyond that. There was a signal box left of that lamp post. Photographed incidental to my daily exercise permitted under emergency coronavirus legislation.
