Dalmarnock
Dawn at Dalmarnock station. View north along Swanston Street towards Dalmarnock Road early on a Sunday moring in April 2007. The time is 0835 and the station is not yet open, with the first train of the day not due for over an hour. Dalmarnock station was temporarily closed for modernisation in June 2012 as part of Glasgow's East End Regeneration project in preparation for the 2014 Commonwealth Games. The station reopened in May 2013, with a modern replacement entrance created near the junction of Dalmarnock Road and the new A728 'Clyde Gateway'.
