Clayton West
American-built 0-4-0 no. 27 'Sony', on loan from the Perrygrove Railway in the Forest of Dean. It is bringing an additional carriage into Clayton West to be attached to the next Kirklees Light Railway train to Shelley to cope with an influx of visitors from a UK Railtours' excursion from London, on 14th October 2017. This line runs along the trackbed of the former standard gauge branch line that somehow managed to survive until 1983.
