Schull Pier
Schull & Skibbereen Railway (formally known as the West Carberry Tramways & Light Railways Co Ltd). Schull Pier extension. This was a 15 1/2 mile 3ft gauge railway running between Skibbereen on the broad gauge Cork, Bandon and South Coast Railway and Schull on the Mizen Peninsula opened in 1886 and closed in 1947. The short extension to Schull Pier (just behind the camera), now a walkway, was opened in 1893. 1 February 2019.
