Hest Bank

Classic British Railways signal box design and classic diesel traction meet at Hest Bank on 2nd November 2019. The front end of 57314 has a big hole where the Dellner coupling, from its days as Thunderbird Firefly, used to sit and this has done nothing for its looks. The train was an ECS Pullman from nearby Carnforth to Chester ahead of a Sunday excursion. Pullman liveried 57601 was on the rear.
