Malton
Out of view TPE liveried DRS 68027 hauls a Nova 3 set east on 25th August 2019, passing Malton signal box, with the driving trailer at the rear. This was the second day of in passenger service test running between Liverpool Lime Street and Scarborough and return. All did not go fully as planned due to low fuel causing one late afternoon run to be terminated at Manchester Victoria, plus a number of other issues, but rather than lasting just one week the in service running continued and was then increased to a second set; although not without cancellations on a regular basis.
