Hoghton
Ex LMS Black 5 no. 45231 approaches Hoghton on a dreich evening on 31 July 2013 with the returning 'Fellsman' railtour from Carlisle. Due to the heavy rain, the photo is taken from the public footpath under the A674 road bridge which at least kept the photographer and camera dry, although I was enveloped in steam as the loco passed!
