Newton-le-Willows
Inside one of the new Mk 5 carriages from CAF, in service with TPE on the 1E39 Liverpool to Scarborough service on 03 September 2019. For anyone who hasn't yet opportunity to experience the Mark 5s (TPE or Caledonian Sleeper day coaches) then the seats can be described as 'firm' and the ride quality unfortunately doesn't match a Mark 3, just like the seats don't match up with the windows.
