Waterloo International
Ex-Eurostar platforms 21 and 22 reopened permanently without fuss in December 2018, and 23 will follow soon. According to a Network Rail person on the station information desk, platform 24 will only be used for ECS moves due to a tight reverse curve on the approach pointwork.
