Garstang and Catterall
195119, working from Windermere to Manchester Airport on 13th July 2019, passes the site of the divergence of the Knott End branch and runs alongside the old G&KER solum towards Garstang & Catterall. 2020 will see the 90th Anniversary of the end of passenger services to Garstang Town, Pilling and Knott End. I wonder what passengers on the Knott End steam railmotor See image 60981 would have thought about these new 100mph local trains?
