Bathgate Central Junction
The view from the end of the platform of the 1986 Bathgate terminus on 12 October 2010, belying the fact that the station has only days to go before final closure. The lift tower in the background, around half a mile to the east, marks the location of its replacement, which would officially open on 18 October that year.
