Salcey Forest

Spot the relic - 111 years after the demolition of the Salcey Forest goods shed, you can still see bits of brickwork and rail. There is also a mysterious metal rod rising out of the ground at the East end of this very short lived station see image 68067. I was pleasantly surprised that these relics had not been buried by leaf mould. 8th March 2019.
