North Berwick
It is Saturday 11 May 2019, and the 1451 service to Edinburgh hums out of North Berwick almost as quietly as it arrived. Turnaround here is pretty tight on Saturdays when the service is half-hourly. You do wonder why, if they can manage this on Saturday, the service is only hourly on Monday to Friday.
