Greenfield
A rather grainy shot of 47520 climbing through Greenfield with a Liverpool to Newcastle service on New Year's Eve 1980. Loco-hauled Trans-Pennine services are scheduled to return to the Saddleworth route in 2019. 47520 (formerly D1103) lasted in service until withdrawal in 1998 when it was cut up by Booth Roe in Rotherham.
