Hurlford Shed
Departmental Loco 81 fresh from Barclays for the Eastern Region of BR at Hurlford shed in 1958. It was later renumbered D2956 to replace a similar loco of that number that had been withdrawn but it is the earlier D2956 that is now preserved on the East Lancs Railway and not this shunter.
