Horsbrugh Viaduct

Horsbrugh Viaduct at Cardrona. Cardrona was on the Peebles Loop of the North British Railway's line from Eskbank to Galashiels. Opened 1864 and closed in 1962. The viaduct is now an access road for the golf course and a footpath/cycleway. In the picture the former station building can be seen in the top right-hand corner. The construction site is for a new block of flats. 15th October 2018.
