Edinchip Viaduct [LSFCR]

Edinchip Viaduct, between Balquhidder and Lochearnhead, has eight spans with an eighty foot steel girder bridge at the widest point, which is over the river. The original girder bridge was removed for scrap on closure of the line. The concrete arches have a forty foot span with five on the south bank and two on the north bank of the Kendrum
Burn. It is fifty six feet high. The girder section was replaced using funds raised by the parents of a cyclist tragically killed on the A9.
